Orders received before 10am, Monday - Friday will be dispatched the following business day. Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday or Public Holiday will be dispatched the next business day.

Parcels sent within Australia will be sent by Parcel Post or DHL with tracking at no charge with delivery in 2 or more business days after dispatch.

Sending within NSW:

Sending outside of NSW:

up to 3-6 business days, depending on destination points
up to 7-10 business days, depending on destination points 


Express Delivery - $24.95

Express Post may be selected for $24.95, and will be sent within Australia by Australia Post for next business day delivery (if order is received by 10am on a business day).

Express Post Covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes. 

The Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only. If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, Australia Post will use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered by the next business day delivery guarantee.

International Delivery

International shipping (outside of Australia) for orders up to $699 is $80.

International shipping (outside of Australia) for orders over $700 is complimentary.

We understand things happen and you might need to return, exchange or obtain a credit note for the product. 

If this is the case, please email the receipt, specify the reason and ensure the product has not been used - all packaging must be in the condition you received it. Carlotta + Gee will respond within 24 (business day) hours of receiving your request. 

Return and Exchange needs to be within 60 days and a Credit Note is available for 12 months. Please note that the shipping and handling costs will be on the customer sending the items to and from. We'll provide the return address once we receive your email.  If the product is faulty then Carlotta + Gee will cover this cost of sending the product and replacing with a new one.

Please note C+G will need to receive the item along with a receipt first. They'll then action within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
