Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
Orders received before 10am, Monday - Friday will be dispatched the following business day. Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday or Public Holiday will be dispatched the next business day.
- Standard delivery - Parcels sent within Australia will be sent by Parcel Post or DHL with tracking at no charge with delivery in 2 or more business days after dispatch.
- Express delivery - Express Post may be selected for $24.95, and will be sent within Australia by Australia Post for next business day delivery (if order is received by 10am on a business day).
- International delivery - International shipping (
outside of Australia) for orders up to $699 is $80. International shipping (outside of Australia) for orders over $700 is complimentary
RETURNS
Returns, refunds & exchanges are accepted within 30 days of you receiving your order. Please contact our support team hello@carlottaandgee.com and include your order number. We will reply to you within 24h hours.
