Returns, refunds & exchanges are accepted within 30 days of you receiving your order

  • Returns and Refunds - customers can send the product back at their cost, along with proof of payment, within 30 days to receive a refund. All products must be in perfect condition.
  • Exchanges - customers can send the product back at their cost, along with proof of payment, within 30 days. All products must be in perfect condition. Once C+G has received and reviewed, they will post the new item once confirmed by the customer.

What is Carlotta + Gee’s return policy?

Here at Carlotta + Gee we accept returns, refunds & exchanges within 30 days of you receiving your order.

If you’re after a refund we ask customers to return the product back at their cost, along with proof of payment, within 30 days to receive their money back. A note that all products must be in perfect condition.

To exchange, we ask customers to return the product back at their cost, along with proof of payment, within 30 days. The products must be in perfect condition. Once received and reviewed by us, we will be in touch to confirm the exchange and post the new item.

Are there any exclusions from the returns policy?

No, no exclusions! Except if the product has clearly been used, then we won’t be able to offer a return on the item in question. 

Can I return an item if I removed the tag from it?

No problems! This shouldn’t be an issue. As long as the item is as new and hasn’t been used we'll be able to process the return. 

Can I return sale items?

Unfortunately we don’t offer returns on sale items.

Can I return an item without its original packaging?

Yes, absolutely. If your item no longer has the tag or ribbon it came with, we can still process your return. The item must be in brand new condition though and you will need to provide a receipt.

How do I lodge a return?

To lodge a return simply email us at hello@carlottaandgee.com, list your order number and state your reason for returning the item. Then, a member of our fab customer service team will respond to you within 24 hours.

I received a different product from what I ordered. What should I do?

Apologies for the mix up! Please email hello@carlottaandgee.com or call 0409 803 642 and we will arrange for the wrong product to be collected and sort out delivery of the correct item ASAP.

Can I return multiple orders in one package?

Yes, that’s absolutely fine! You just need to ensure all the orders are clearly listed and all the correct items are there.

I need to return a faulty item

Best thing to do in this scenario is to reach out to our support team via email (hello@carlottaandgee.com) quoting your order number and a clear description of the fault. We can then ensure the faulty product is collected and send a new item out to you ASAP.

I already delivered my return but haven’t received my refund?

Sorry about that! Please contact hello@carlottaandgee.com with your order number. There’ll be a reason for the delay but we will ensure it’s all sorted within 24 hours.

Do you offer free returns?

Yes! We offer free returns for our Australian customers on exchanges and credit notes. Please note however, that we do charge a $10 shipping fee on return orders requesting a refund.

For our international customers, returns need to be made at the customer’s expense.

If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item we will of course happily cover the cost of return shipping.

How do refunds get processed?

This all depends on your initial payment method. From our side, all refunds are actioned within 24 - 48 hours. If you need further clarification or help, please reach out to our support team at hello@carlottaandgee.com.

How do PayPal refunds work?

Exactly as a normal refund works! Your money will be deposited straight back into your PayPal account and available for you there. 

How do Afterpay refunds work?

Exactly as a normal refund works! Your money will be deposited straight back into your AfterPay account and available for you there.
