We accept most payment methods—you can purchase using debit or credit card, PayPal or AfterPay.
For sure, however, there might be a surcharge. Each card/bank differs, so get in touch with yours to find out their policy.
If a product happens to be sold out, there will be a ‘pre-order’ button available on the product page. This allows you to order the product ahead of time. Don’t worry, we’ll notify you of the delivery date before you press approve!
All orders should receive an order confirmation via email directly after it has been processed online.
If you haven’t received a confirmation within an hour please follow these steps:
1. Check your bank/payment account to ensure the order was processed
2. Check your spam folder for an email from hello@carlottaandgee.com
3. If you’re still having trouble, please email us at hello@carlottaandgee.com or jump on live chat. We’ll make sure your confirmation is resent ASAP!
Yes, you can definitely change your order once placed, but be quick! Reach out to us straight away so we make the update before the order is sent out. Just email hello@carlottaandgee.com and let the customer service team know your order number and desired update so they can amend the order and resend your invoice.
For sure, we appreciate things change! To cancel your order, you’ll need to contact our customer service team within 24 hours (to ensure we catch the order before it’s sent out).
If the order has already been dispatched, unfortunately you’ll need to send the product back at your cost. We can then cancel the order once the product is reviewed and received by us here at C+G.
