We are sorry to hear the product doesn't satisfy your needs.

We understand things happen and you might need to return, exchange or obtain a credit note for the product. 

If this is the case, please email hello@carlottaandgee.com the receipt, specify the reason and ensure the product has not been used - all packaging must be in the condition you received it. Carlotta + Gee will respond within 24 (business day) hours of receiving your request. 

Return and Exchange needs to be within 15 days and a Credit Note is available for 12 months. Please note that the shipping and handling costs will be on the customer sending the items to and from. We'll provide the return address once we receive your email.  If the product is faulty then Carlotta + Gee will cover this cost of sending the product and replacing with a new one.

Please note C+G will need to receive the item along with a receipt first. They'll then action within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
